First: I would go to the laptop's manufacturer's Support page and download the video driver for your particular laptop.
second: Make sure that Windows 8.1 is fully updated via Windows Update.
Third: Uninstall any third party Overclocking software like MSI Afterburner. They tend to interfere with AMD drivers using Wattman.
Fourth: Use Windows Uninstall panel to uninstall all AMD drivers then use DDU (safe mode) to clean out any remaining leftovers from the current AMD drivers. Also delete C:\AMD from root directory.
Fifth: Reinstall the downloaded video drivers for Windows 8.1 from your Laptop's Manufacturer's Support page.
Sixth: Go to the games Website and see if they have any patches.
I found this reason for System Service Exception BSOD on another website which said " Most BSODs are a result of misconfigured or outdated drivers, and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION is one of these."
