Problem with Videos on Google Chrome

I have the R9 390X and I'm on the latest drivers Crimson ReLive Edition 17.10.1 Optional

When I'm using google chrome and I watch any videos like youtube or Facebook, it will start to hang and all of a sudden application screen turns black for a few seconds and at times the video itself will just turn solid green. Also at times Google Chrome will display on top "Rats! WebGL hit a snag."

Videos do work but the issue stated above happens at times.

This happens more often when I'm just scrolling down Facebook wall since there are videos that autoplay.

I've already tried installing Google Chrome and I've also done a clean install of the latest AMD Drivers.

The problem has persisted during the current drivers and the previous driver before.

Anyone else experience this problem?
