Does all Rx 560 max resolution differs from each manufacturer? I have a Visiontek RX 560 Overclocked 2GB GDDR5 3M graphics card, but max resolution I can only choose is 2048x1080, where my monitor is 2560x1440. I've contacted tech Visiontek, they stated max resolution is 1920x1080 which i don't beiieve, since the mfg website says "AMD's Polaris-based GPUs ship ready to encode and decode at up to 4K 60fps" my monitor resolution is below a 4k. Even my onboard graphics supports the 2560x1440 resolution fine. Any suggestions?
What I've tried is installing drivers from original cd, uninstalled, let windows 10 find the drivers that installed, uninstalled, and even installed the drivers directly from AMD's website, device manager, shows correct display adapter, and device status "device is working properly."
Encode/Decode capability is different from resolution supported.
However, that is not your issue.
What monitor are you connecting to ? How is it connected to the graphics card?
