New PC build crashing when gaming

So as in the title, this is a new build, everything is brand new. Specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD FX-4350 quad-core processor

GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 560 2GB GDDR5

PSU: Corsair 650M

RAM: Corsair XMS3 DDR3 2GB x4 (8GB)

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Socket AM3+ mATX Motherboard

Case: CiT Dragon 3 Midi Case with 3x 12cm Blue LED Fans

SSD: Toshiba 240GB 2.5" A100 SSD

When gaming or running stress tests (Valley Benchmark 1.0) it will try and restart. It will turn off, all the fans will spin, sounding like it's trying to boot up again but my monitor just says 'no display' as though nothing is connected so I am forced to hold down the power button to turn it off.

However, if i replace my graphics card for an old Zotac GT430 I had laying about, Valley benchmark will run in 1080p with no problem. At 10fps, but it doesn't crash.

I've tried different version of the AMD drivers for my RX-560, and different versions of windows 10 but it still crashes!

Any help would be much appreciated. I've spent £600 on this pc and I can't do any real gaming without it crashing
