New AMD driver crashes PC - unable to boot into windows without using safe boot.

After installing the latest AMD drivers, my PC isn't capable to boot into windows unless using safe boot.

I've used DDU to uninstall any AMD drivers, yet after a few tries of different versions of the AMD drivers - the installer is incapable of detecting the current graphics card I have installed.

The few attempts that did work immediality resulted into a black screen and my computer freezing. Now I have a lot of artifacts everywhere on my screen whilst in safe mode

Next to uninstalling and installing I've also checked for dust in the PCI-e port and switched the GPU to another PCI-e port.

How would I proceed to fix this?
