No. A6-3400M is the "Llano" APU on socket FS1. Compatible upgrades include other "Llano" APUs on socket FS1, such as:
A8-3500M (most common)
The A8-4500M is the "Trinity" APU on socket FS1r2. It may physically fit in the socket, but is electrically incompatible.

Yes, A8-3550MX supports up to DDR3-1600 memory. If you have DDR3-1333, then the memory controller will slow down to 1333 MHz, as it is compatible.
