AMD R9 390X - Does not send signal through DVI cable. Only HDMI.

A weird problem just started happening today after a bungle regarding my computer accidentally getting unplugged while on sleep mode.  My DVI connection to my monitor's not receiving a signal after Windows boot up but my HDMI cable when connected to the TV is providing proper display.

The weird part about the issue is that upon start up, it goes through the ASRock loading bit. Circle of spinning dots to show it's loading properly. I get that through the monitor connected via DVI just fine. No problem. Thus, rules out a faulty cable or monitor. After though, for booting to Windows, it only recognizes anything connected via the HDMI port.

I've been able to get monitor connectivity just fine via Safe Mode, thankfully. It doesn't appear anything is broken. I was also able to do a fresh, clean install of AMD Software and Drivers, and everything's working spiffy there.... except the card not recognizing my monitor via DVI connection.

Strangest thing, to be sure. I'm hoping someone might be able to help me troubleshoot a bit farther than what I've managed on my own. Push comes to shove, I may just be using my TV for everything and lamenting it only has 2 HDMI ports. However, I'd appreciate being able to use my higher quality monitor again.
