Describe your issue:

After installing GPU drivers computer will hang for a few seconds then proceed to restart but gets stuck somewhere with CPU fan spinning and GPU fans stopping and starting with nothing appearing on the monitor and no lights appearing on keyboard and mouse until i hold the power button to power off or manually press the restart switch. Have tried using the card in another system with same windows and works perfectly fine, the issue can happen after 10 seconds after logging in or up to 30 mins after.

Things done to try to remedy this issue:

Clean install.

Use other drivers.

Test Graphics card in another system.

RMA'd cpu and motherboard to eliminate them as cause.

Tested on windows 7 ultimate 64bit
