AMD Radeon™ Software Support for Legacy Graphics Products
There "will not" be new drivers.
Because it's 7 years old, based on obsolete VLIW technology from 8 years ago, does not support modern technologies such as Vulkan, and the user base is extremely small. A lower end laptop of that time period would be showing its age quite badly by now, and the performance of that card in modern, even relatively graphics disintensive, games is such that driver updates would not help performance.
So as goodplay quoted, there will not be new drivers issued.
