I have RX 550 GPU from GIGABYTE.

This morning I had install 17.9.1 drivers (was 17.7.1), after that the AMD Settings Utility shows me this data

Video card manufacturer - Powered by AMD

Chipset Graphics - Radeon RX 550 Series

Device ID is 699F

Vendor ID - 1002

Subsystem ID - 22F2

Subsystem manufacturer ID - 1458

Revision ID - C7

Type of bus - PCI Express 3.0

Current bus parameters - PCI Express 2.0 x8

BIOS version - 015.050.002.001

BIOS component number - xxx-xxx-xxx

The release date of the BIOS is 2017/03/17 03:40

The amount of memory is 2048 MB

Memory Type - GDDR5

Memory frequency - 1750 MHz

The core frequency is 1206 MHz

The total memory bandwidth is 112 GByte / s

The data transfer speed of RAM is 7.00 Gbps

On 17.7.1 there was another info in:

The core frequency is 1213 MHz

Also in AORUS Graphics Engine (Gigabyte utility for GPU settings) I can't set memory ferquency value greater than 2000 MHz..
