RX 480 Crashing in every game

      2 months ago I bought a XFX RX480 4GB card.

since then I've had problems with every single game crashing.

I ran the card with a MSI 970 gaming board and a FX4350 cpu so I thought this might be a HW issue so I upgraded to the following

      XFX RX480 4GB

      Corsair RM750X

      ASUS ROG Strix Z270F Gaming

      Intel Core i7-7700 Kaby Lake

      Corsair Vengance DDR4 3200mhz

      Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB 2.5" (OS)

      WD 1TB disk

Windows 10 Pro 64bit fresh install

No OC on the card or anything.

I've tried DDU and new drivers to old.

also tried tweaking the power/temp in Wattman.

      Tried TdrDelay in regedit.

Temps seems to be ok, never exceeds 70 Celsius.

Amd setting becomes unresponsive and resets to std. values once a game crashes.

This usually only happens under load in a game.

I'm not quite sure what else I can do, so I hope anyone can help me here.
