ryzen 1800x overclock for gaming useful?

I'm going to upgrade my computer mainly for gaming (I can't wait to replace my old FX-4130 lol), so I will get a ryzen 7 1800x, I know its clock frequency can be boosted up to 4GHz, but I was wondering if overclocking it could be useful or not? For example, does overclocking it to 4100 MHz can increase the fps significantly (like 5 - 10 fps) or not at all? And if yes, how can I do it without damaging anything?

One thing to know is I will play only on a 1080p screen which supports max 60fps.

My config will be the following :

  • MSI x370 xpower gaming titanium motherboard.
  • Ryzen 7 1800x CPU with Be Quiet Silent Loop 360mm watercooling.
  • MSI R9 390 gaming 8G
  • 32GB DDR4 3200MHz

Do you think a overclock can be useful or the 4GHz clock frequency is already good to play on a 1080p60 screen?

Thank you in advance and sorry for my bad English if I did mistakes
