When you reinstalled Windows 10. Is it completely updated through Windows update, by any chance?
Did you uninstall the AMD driver set using Windows Control Panel - Uninstall, Then used DDU (latest) to uninstall the rest of AMD leftovers in safe mode? Plus when you reinstall the latest AMD driver set, download it manually and use the Full AMD driver set not the minimal. Also delete the installation AMD folder at C:\AMD before reinstalling a AMD driver set.
Just stating some very basic troubleshooting procedures that some people may overlook or are not aware of.
Windows is fully updated when (re)installing its the first thing it does.
So then we have a clean windows with nothing installed first thing we do is install the display driver(including HD audio an the settings driver).
We just ran the setup that we got from the manufactures website and try to install it.
The setup works just fine no errors, but after inspecting the device manager the display adapter has a yellow exclamation mark and with it the following error code "windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (code 43)".
Afterwards we tried uninstalling with DDU and reinstalling. Did not work.
Tried to install "Crimson ReLive Edition 17.8.2 Optional". Did not work.
Uninstalling via device manager than manually search for the driver and install. Did not work.
