I'm experiencing this, what I believe to be screen tearing. But only on the game No Man's Sky. No issues in any other games. I've been greeted with this since downloading. Originally thought it was because my drivers we not up to date, so updated, still the same, another update since, no change. If I was to roll back the driver, how far do I go back? Sorry i'm no expert.
AMD tech support saying get in touch with Hello Games (game dev). But I can't find anyone who had this big issue with this game. Any suggestions?

From some steam posts, try "vsync(vert.ref.) on/triple buffering on(or try off)" (in radeon global settings).
