For some reason Windows doesn't seem to have Catalyst Control Center or any other AMD software installed. I went to the AMD website and tried downloading it, which at first worked but then it froze up when trying to update my drivers. I suspected maybe it was the antivirus, so I quit the updater, turned off antivirus, and tried again ... and now the software went back to apparently not being installed. I tried downloading yet again, but it doesn't start up.
