    Jittering screen

    sam.watsonn

      Issue

Sometimes and bar will appear on the screen for less than a second and make the rest of the screen below it move. This bar will gradually keep appearing higher and higher on the screen until it reaches the top and starts again. The bar is either completely or black with black lines on it. This issue happens on either one of my screens but never both. It happens on almost every thing apart from on a video or on a game that's in fullscreen. Very rarely, after getting this, my screen with turn entirely blue with lines on it rendering it completely useless unless restarted.
