Graphic bug.

Good day to all.
Since the purchase of my video card GIGABYTE Radeon RX 480 Gaming 8 Gb, I encounter an unpleasant problem. It manifests itself ONLY in emulators, but this does not mean that this is a problem with emulators, it's a problem with drivers or resolution.
Pay attention to the last two screenshots, very much reduces the graphical bug application of high resolution.

Is there any way to completely eliminate this?
Thanks for the possible help.
