I may be wrong, but I believe that file changes according to the driver version it is using. I would uninstall all AMD related Display drivers using Windows Control panel- Uninstall. Afterwards use DDU (latest) in safe mode to eliminate all traces of AMD drivers. After rebooting, Try reinstalling the AMD drivers again. Make sure your Windows OS is fully updated thru Windows Update before installing the current AMD drivers.
