I would suggest to go to HP Support and install the correct drivers for your Laptop including the Chipset, Intel, and AMD drivers after you updated Windows OS completely thru WIndows Update. By the way, Hp support says your laptop may have a defective battery. They have extended the battery replacement program thru 2017. The defective battery has been known to Overheat and cause a fire.
