My suggestion is to move your post to the correct forum where it will be seen and possibly receive a reply. Drivers & Software
As you can see at the top of the page, this is not the correct forum.
WELCOME TO THE GENERAL DISCUSSION FORUM
Use this space to post questions and discussions related to AMD that do not fit into the other forums.
For example; game promotions, benchmark scores, etc.
Thanks for your suggestion. I anticipated a redirect and posted in the
software/ drivers section. Five days ago. I assumed since the card
was AMD Radeon this would be the best forum to address the issue
but maybe no one's familiar with HDMI card/ driver conflicts. I reinstalled
the oem driver that came with the card and ck'd the connections.Maybe
go to another forum and hopefully get a response at least. Or purchase
a different vid card. Tks again.
If you look...on the right side of the page is a "move" selection. As I said, this is not the section of the forum for these types of questions...if you want people to see it...put it into the correct forum and include the necessary information INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION
1º Go to safe mode and Use "DDU" uninstall everything from AMD drivers
2º Download and Install the latest legacy drivers for your product
3º Download and install "AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher"
4º See if works and you are up-to-date for the past
5º (Optional) If you want to go further with resolutions, like 4k, use "CRU - Custom Resolution Utility"
Hi, I use this same video card. only that on a mother board of intel that is currently with corei3 2nd generation and 4gbs of ddr3 ram memory because well when running some games gives me the following message that the video driver stopped responding and recovered successfully, this prevents you from playing games even the lightest ones, some even open when I enter the map it simply closes, and occurs error quoted. Is it possible for you to help me ??
