These are the correct drivers for your laptop...(never the minimum setup) > APU It is the only driver you install.
1. Download and save the correct AMD driver
2. Download and save DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
3. Disable All anti-virus/anti-malware/anti-anything
4. Delete the contents of the C:/AMD folder of all previous drivers
Uninstall the old drivers using the computer control panel > 'uninstall a program' > choose AMD and uninstall everything:
Reboot into SAFE MODE > run DDU and let it restart your computer. Install the new drivers. Reboot.
After 10 minutes of using blue screen THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER

That doesnt work.
Use the automatic driver detection by AMD with the minimal setup. If this still gives you errors, use the drivers provided by the Lenovo support site. I am using the same laptop with FX APU and dedicated Radeon R260DX gpu.
