Open the C;/AMD folder and delete all the previous drivers.

First you'll need to uninstall the current drivers you have
Then you have to enable legacy boot instead of UEFI in BIOS boot options (You need to disable safe boot first, if you have it enabled)
After that install 17.7.2 driver which is the latest driver that supports APU's

I too have tge same problem.. But not just 17.7.2..even the latest also..
