17.7.2 is not working with "A10-8780P APU" (at least in my computer)

    jengador

      Product name

HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab103nt (ENERGY STAR)

      Microprocessor

AMD Quad-Core A10-8780P APU (2 GHz, up to 3.3 GHz, 2 MB cache)

      Memory, standard

      8 GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 x 8 GB)

      Video Graphics

      AMD Radeon R7 M360 Graphics (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)

      Hard Drive

      1 TB 5400 rpm SATA

      Optical drive

      SuperMulti DVD burner

      Windows 10 64Bit.

As you can see I have APU product. According to "17.7.2 release notes" 17.7.2 can be downloaded to my computer. But after I download it, device manager shows Yellow Exclamation (Code 43). I have been waiting for this patch since April(17.4.3). What should I do. (I tried to delete all the drivers with DDU then clear setup with 17.7.2, it didn't work either.) The last patch worked with my computer is 17.4.3.

Edit: Both of the drivers(R7 M360&R7 Graphics) show Yellow Exclamation.

If it is needed my product with details: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-pavilion-15-ab100-notebook-pc-series/8499302/model/9788973/document/c05051008

Hi there, i was getting crazy but i have the solution.

You need to activate legacy support,  to do it you have to go to the bios and look for this option.

If you can't find it maybe you need to update your bios, in this case go to the hp official site and download the last bios version for your computer .

          (I have corrected my answer)

EDIT: Sometimes the installation can failure because of the attempts to install the drivers, even if you choose clean installation.

In this case you have to use a driver video cleaner, i'm pretty sure i used display driver unistaller (DDU).
