GPU: R9 Fury

Type of System: Desktop

OS: W10 Home 64bit (Version 1607 - PRE-CREATORS UPDATE)

Drivers: 17.7.2 Crimson

Display Devices (Monitors): ASUS VE228H (1920x1080p @ 60Hz, NO FREESYNC) and Acer XF240H (1920x1080p @ 144Hz, FREESYNC ENABLED)

Motherboard & BIOS: MSI H81M-E34 running H.5 BIOS

CPU: i5 4460 @ 3.2Ghz

PSU: XFX Pro 850 Watt XXX/Pro Edition

RAM: 16GB

Launching any game in fullscreen causes it to appear briefly, then disappear and make the main monitor (XF240H) black. Mousing off of the main monitor (in CSGO) causes the game to reappear in the main monitor, but when mousing back, the game disappears again. While the screen is black, the game is still "active" and sounds + mouse actions still work. Rolling back drivers did not solve the issue, nor did any other gpu scaling fix in W10 or Radeon Settings. One solution I found was to disable freesync, but I never had an issue with 144Hz and freesync until yesterday. I've also tried running 120Hz freesync, but that also caused the black screen to occur. The other solution I found is to run games in windowed or borderless windowed, but I rather run the games in fullscreen.
