Wrong resolution of OEM logo during BIOS boot POST.

Initially posted in general public forum. However this is probably question for developers, who are pros in bolts and nuts of the software dev.

Here is the issue:

The resolution / dimensions of the OEM logo during BIOS boot POST is incorrect. The BOOT image appears larger than expected (resolution) and somewhat stretched to sides (wrong dimensions). A click can be heard presumably coming out of graphic card (?) after certain time, suggesting like the card is being initiated. Right after the click, the Win 10 user screen appears. The image resolution and dimensions are just fine after the system is in Windows 10 mode.

The system: Supermicro X10SLM-F with Intel Xeon Processor E3-1241 v3

Graphics GPU: Sapphire (AMD) Radeon HD6450

Is there any way to adjust the resolution during BOOT POST?

Thank you all

P.s. This is a server board, so the issue is not essential, since the system is working fine after full boot. However, it would be nice to have fully functional PC as it supposed to be.
