Hi folks, I am getting the dreaded blue screen which comes up referencing atikmpag.sys and never boots up. I run the following desktop configuration:

Cooler Master Silencio 450

Intel Core i5 3570K Processor Overclocked to up to 4.0GHz

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 CPU Cooler

Generic thermal paste

Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard

16GB Corsair PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3 Memory (2 x 8GB sticks)

Chillblast AMD Radeon HD 7770 1024MB Graphics Card

Samsung 840 series 120GB Solid State Drive

1000GB 7200RPM Hard Disk - 6Gbps

Lite On Blu Ray ROM and 24x DVD-RW Drive (Blu-ray playback software supplied for Windows 7 only)

Chillblast Basic 700W PSU

Onboard High Definition Audio

17 in 1 3.5" Internal Card Reader

USB 802.11N Wireless Adaptor

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

After the blue screen, it tries to boot up but then comes with option to Start WIndows Manually or via prompt etc. If I start Windows manually, then the screen eventually goes black.Any help what I can do to resolve this issue. I noticed some parts of the screen display is  discoloured at the time prompt above . Does it need a new graphics card?

Thanks
