One long beep then two short beeps

I have a HP Pavilion a6300f Desktop PC with a MCP73M01H1 (Napa) motherboard.  It has integrated graphics on the motherboard.

I installed a bios update.  The computer restarted itself and went back to the Windows Vista desktop.  I wasn't sure if the bios update completed, so I immediately ran the bios update again.  It began to install.  Then the whole screen blanked out and was a light grey color.  I had to power off the computer.

When I start the computer, I get 1 long beep then two short beeps then silence for 10 seconds then a repeating short beep.

When I take the RAM out and start the computer, I only get repeating beeps.

I installed an ATI 102A7711420 dvi PCI-e video card.  I took out the battery and cleared the CMOS jumpers.  When I start the computer, I still get 1 long beep then two short beeps then silence for 10 seconds then a repeating short beep.

Three of the capacitors on the motherboard are bulged out with fluid leaking out of the top.

How do I get the video to work?
