Number one: AMD staff very often respond to posts here. It is not unreasonable to expect a response to my problem on a supported configuration if AMD staff respond to other questions.
Number two: Fair enough. But again I'm on a supported configuration, and I'm unable to get support.
Number three: Ubuntu will not support me. In the same way Microsoft would not support me if I was having issues with AMD's drivers on Windows. They would tell me to go to AMD and get support, which is what I'm trying to do.
Number for: The issues reporting form I did not find, I shall try that now, thanks. The Email form does not work. I was using a https prefix (due to a browser plugin I was using) which prevented it from loading, but even when switching that off and trying to compose a request, I just get a cryptic error message. I got this on both my normal Firefox setup and a completely clean Chrome setup:
