Last time I checked more than half a year ago and there was no such function.
The only truly working solution found was to edit the gmdb.blb file manually, which most users will have no idea about.
Why is it needed:
Radeon Settings will scan the system without user's permission and create profiles for all games it will find.
All these profiles are recreated on driver reinstall or new install of Radeon Settings, without giving the user an option not to do it.
Each profile adds to the memory consumed by Radeon Settings, making it laggy and unresponsive, sometimes hanging for 20 seconds or more, and consuming more than 1 GB of RAM.
If someone has hundreds of profiles, getting rid of them 1 by 1 is not a solution.
