A-10 7850k temperatures/overheating?

My A-10 7850k seems to idle at a very high temperature 60-75C, sometimes going up to 84+C. Is this normal? HWMonitor/Speccy/CAM seem to give the same results. See attached.

1) Business machine, no gaming, no video work

2) Use onboard graphics

3) No system errors, only noticed it because I turned on temperature beep warning in the Gigabyte CMOS from 60C

4) No overclocking

5) Using original heatsink and fan, just cleaned and reapplied Arctic MX-4 thermal paste (pea method)

6) Heatsink feels cool to the touch, air blowing from fan feels normal/room temp

7) Heat sink fan seems to be working fine, case "exhaust" fan very close to heatsink fan also seems ok

8) The attached readings are with the case open, ambient temperatures about 23C

9) Attached detailed HWMonitor readings

Am I getting faulty readings? Am I worrying too much? Should I just ignore it? Any thought apprecaited. Thank you.
