No, the FX-9000 series requires liquid cooling. Leaking CLLCs is very rare these days, and Corsair's units carry a warranty which covers any and all components damaged by the event of a leak. I've had my Corsair H105 for 3 years, and I've treated it rougher than any unit should, yet not a drop of coolant leaked.
i ran the 9590 on a h110i water cooler but if h115 will fit i would use that no worries then but i wouldnt go less than h110i or equivelant. of course i ran high clocks but it took it all . those cpus love voltage ..
