AMD Athlon X4 860k Overclocking Help!

      Hey Guys,

I have an Athlon X4 860k and an Asrock FM2A88M Extreme4+ motherboard. I have a couple questions about overclocking.

What is NB VID in AMD overdrive? Currently it says it is at 1.2750, which is in red. Is that high? I can change it in the bios, but don't want to mess anything up. I did Autoclock in overdrive and stopped at 4.4 ghz. Then, I reset the clocks and went into the bios and changed the clock to 4.0 ghz. I didn't mess with any voltages or anything. I'm not sure what to do. I'm very new at overclocking and need some help and explanations on how to do it correctly. My regular voltage is set at 1.4125.

Also, if it would work, I would like to get to 4.2, but I want to do it from the bios. There are so many options in the bios, however, I'm really confused about how to go about doing it. Can I just set it to 4.2 or do I need to do anything else?

What about turbo boost or whatever? Should I have that on?

      Any help would be appreciated!

      Thanks
