I am not using the amdgpu-pro driver but in my opinion it looks fine. The amdgpu-pro driver still uses the kernel driver/module amdgpu - so the outputs are correct but irritating:
"AMD provides a proprietary, binary userland driver called AMDGPU PRO, which works on top of the open-source AMDGPU kernel driver."
So if you have no other indications I guess the amdgpu-pro driver is running. E.g. if you have hdmi audio while the normal kernel is installed you can be sure amdgpu-pro is working.
Not sure about your GPU fans. All CPU/GPU fans run at 100% until software tells them it is fine to calm down (based on some temperature sensors). 13 seconds are quite long, though.
