Games crashing on new system

A couple months ago, I built my first PC and bought some new game such as Battlefield 1, Grand Theft Auto V, and Overwatch all of which crash. Also, I have not experienced any issues with Quake Champions and Witcher 3.

MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk with 1.60 BIOS Version

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4 16GB

Storage: 120 gb kingston ssd and 1TB WD BLUE hdd

Operating System: Windows 10 64bit

PSU: 550 Watt Seasonic G-550 80 Plus Gold

Display Devices: BenQ GW2255 1920x1080 60Hz

Temps and usage are normal. GTA V crashes with an error message saying "Failed Initialization" and tells me to reinstall the game which I did and the game continued to crash. BF1 crashes with the errors I have attached. BF1 also instantly crashes once loaded into game on DX12. Overwatch hasn't crashed in a while but included it because the game has crashed in the past. Occasionally, Radeon Graphics Settings, Ryzen Master, and dxdiag crash.

I have reinstalled Windows, reinstalled and repaired games, cleaned drivers with ddu then reinstalled, RMA'ed GPU to MSI and claimed it was "fixed" but games continued to crash. I have made sure the DirectX drivers are up to date. I have lowered graphics settings, underclocked my gpu but to no avail.

Please help.
