What's the point in asking/replying if some sensitive Mod will rejected it? Great "support".

Some one asked a simple and straightforward question about his TV not receiving a signal with his cable attached to the card.   Some guy responded it wasn't enough information.  And that was it.

I followed up saying it was a straightforward and simple question and it was approved and then rejected by the Mod.


People are spending hundreds of dollars on these cards and you want to curb how they ask questions?


What more information do you need? The kind of card? the kind of computer? The kind of motherboard? 

None of that is relevant if they woke up in the morning and there is no video for the first time. 

People are asking the question, because they are hoping they don't have to spend hundreds of dollars for another card.
