Here is how you find the correct driver for your computer > Download Drivers
Unfortunately, there are no drivers or support from AMD or Microsoft for a Win7 16bit operating system. Update it to a 32bit or 64bit then fill in the blank to find your driver.
No AMD driver will perform correctly unless you have updated your OS first. Run Windows Update again and again untill you get the message "There are no more updates available."
Sorry, meant 64 bit.
I've tried but it doesn't seem to work. I've been messing around with it for days and getting help over on PC Adviser, but everything so far seems to have been futile. Today I tried to uninstall and then reinstall my drivers using my driver disc but my computer kept crashing, so I have no idea what's up. I tried that twice. The first time I thought I had already uninstalled my drivers with all the uninstalling and reinstalling I've been doing with the guidance from PC Adviser, so the second time I uninstalled and then attempted to reinstall. Both times didn't work. My PC is up to date.
I have no clue, it's driving me crazy. I mind end up contacting AMD directly.
For now though, I've just left it to one side until I can figure it out. It's nothing major, the picture displayed on my new monitor - despite the black border - is pretty good anyway. It's just a nuisance.

Take PC Adviser and blow it out an airlock, then forget about it. Fully update Windows, go to the site Kingfish linked to (the AMD driver download page), download the latest drivers (17.1.1), and click Clean Install, it'll blow away the long obsolete CCC and install Radeon Settings.
OMG...I missed that. Yup get rid of that pos application.
