Not a lot of users use Relive starting with, even less using the combo Relive and HDR monitor.
I'm the only one here i know using Relive for streaming and recording, so you will not get a lot of answers tho, i suppose.
As said in the other topic, unfortunately i have not enough knowledge in the matter to troubleshoot this kind of issue, i'm sorry can't help you out here.

I like the simplicity of ReLive. Just hit a hotkey and away you go.
The quality of the recordings is top notch too as well as screenshots. I've been using it lately on Shadow of the Tomb Raider as there's a bug with Action! on that game, which means I'm using ReLive much more frequently. It's also handy if you forget to start your normal recording app since Radeon starts with Windows anyway.
How do you deal with the audio sync issues? for some reason the last time I tried ReLive with the 480, I was getting issues with the audio being out of sync.
