HELP! Having major trouble with crossfire, wondering if two graphics cards are compatible. Will current setup work at all, will I have to switch them around?

System:

  • (MAIN CARD) MSI R7850 Twin Frozr OC AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 DVI/HDMI/2xMiniDisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card R7850 TWIN FROZR 2GD5/OC
  • (ATTEMPTING TO CROSSFIRE BRIDGE) MSI Radeon HD 6850 DirectX 11 R6850 Cyclone PE/OC 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity
  • DESKTOP : Microtel Computer AMTI9092
  • RADEON SOFTWARE VERSION 17.6.2
  • DISPLAY DEVICES: MSI R7850 HDMI TO HDMI ON AOC 2460PG resolution: 2560X 1440 @ 120 HZ / 1ms
  • 2ND DISPLAY IS FROM SAME CARD(DVI-I TO DVI-I ON LG FLATRON E2370) @ resolution 1920X1080 @ 59 HZ
  • MOTHERBOARD + BIOS VERSION: Biostar TZ68A+ BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 4.6.4, 5/10/2011
  • CPU: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3400 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
  • POWER SUPPLY: MODEL NO.: RX-500S ATX12V POWER 500W
  • RAM: 12GB

WHEN I TRY AND CONFIGURE THE 2ND CARD IN DEVICE MANAGER, IT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. RADEON SETTINGS/GLOBAL SETTINGS CANNOT DETECT 2ND CARD.

ARE THESE CARDS COMPATIBLE AND IF THEY ARE SHOULD I SWITCH THEM AROUND BECAUSE THEN MIAN CARD IS CROSSFIRE COMPATIBLE?
