I bought a new graphics card (radeon rx 550)
the photoshop detect the card, but when i make the photoshop cc 2017 uses the card, the canvas turn black!
the gpu driver version: 17.6.2
any suggestions to solve this issue?

I am having this exact same problem, with Photoshop CC 2018 (19.0) and the below settings. Canvas does not appear unless I turn off Use Graphics Processor in PS Performance Settings.

Core Clock - 1300 MHz

CPU Type - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Now on 18.1.1. Same problem. Need help. All of Adobe's troubleshooting points to the AMD driver being the problem.
