-Rx 480 8gb Sapphire - Reference

-Windows 10 64 bit

-Driver 17.5.2

-Mb Gigabyte GA-Z77P-D3 Bios version F7

-I5 3750k

-Corsair Cx 550M.

-Right so, most of the times when i change my clocks in wattman like 80 % of the time it halfes my fps when i do undervolt or overclock , for ex when i run valley benchmark or any game after i mod the clocks just to check if everything is ok  and  20% of the times it's ok no need for restart  ,but when i see performance dip i have to restart the sistem and will run ok with the modifed clocks i've just made.

- this happens for all games/benchmarks that i run

-I run my settings in full hd.

- i do also run msi afterburner with riva , just for custom fan speeds. ( i did uninstall all of 3rd party apps and still does the same problem)

-Yes i do run with power to 50+ all the times

-My undervolt is stable this is not faulty

-This didnt happen when i first bought the card, it started 2-3 months ago. with some driver change, i think.......

Any help will be apreciated.
