multi monitor display issues in Windows 10.

I've used two monitors for years. Both are Samsung SyncMaster 2494. Monitor 1 is attached with a VGA cable that uses a VGA to DVI adapter to plug in my Dell Optiplex 7101 DVI  port. This display works fine. Monitor 2 uses a VGA cable to plug into the Dell 7010 VGA port. The graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD 5450. Running Windows 10.

I took Monitor 2 and used it to work on another computer yesterday. This morning I re-attached it to the  VGA port on the Dell 7010 and there was no display. Using Display Settings I can see Monitor 1 but no other displays can be detected.

I am not using Windows basic video.

I've rebooted.....no go.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the AMD display adapter drivers...no go.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the monitor drivers...no go.

No new Windows updates were recently downloaded.

I took Monitor 2 and plugged it into the other computer using a VGA cable and it works fine.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!
