Video Scheduler Internal Error BSOD - RX480

I just built a new PC with an ASUS ROG STRIX RADEON RX 470 8GB for graphics card. When I go to Google Chrome or when I play games, a BSOD pops and it says <<Video Scheduler Internal Error>> and it restarts automatically. All the drivers are up to date, my OS is up to date and my games are up to date. Sometimes <<Radeon Settings: Host Application>> stops working. I think it's a problem with the compatibility of Graphic Card. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers but nothing. Please help.

      My system specs:

      CPU: Intel core i5-7500

      Motherboard: Asus Z170M PLUS

GPU: Asus RADEON RX 470 8 GB

      RAM: Crucial 8 GB Single

      OS: Windows 10 64bit

      PSU: Corsair VS550 12 V 550W
