Describe your issue:

Whenever I have ReLive Recording on Instant Replay my PC freezes for 20 seconds and then I get a black screen followed by the message After the the screen image comes back my game crashes as well and the Radeon Settings window becomes unresponsive and has to be shut down via task manager and started again.

The problem also occurs when using OBS (AMD VCE recording) as well as I can usually play for around 10 minutes before a crash on all software i try to record with. Until the crash occurs the recording works fine and the instant replay saves. I only use instant replay, I don't continuously record in background or in parallel. The games I was playing are Rust, Arma 3 and Path of Exile, all crash.

This problem has persisted ever since the relive update came out through all the following driver updates.

While trying to fix it I took the following steps.

          Checking Windows file integrity

          Clean installing drivers using DDU

          Update Windows to latest version

Setting TDR timer to 8 and then to 16

Trying different settings on ReLive, OBS and PlaysTV.

Ran FURMARK stress test with no problems or artifacts.

Monitoring temps. They get to 85 tops during really hot summer days.

It always crashes, I don't know what else to do so i'm asking you guys for help.
