Microsoft has fixed a issue with Carrizo APU's not being updated. I suggest you visit Windows Update.
For Win7/Win8.1 users > Microsoft update June 13, 2017—KB4022719 (Monthly Rollup) addresses Carrizo APU
I have the same issue but the other way around, i had the R7 driver and then it updated to the R8
