    gpu scaling on win10 CS:GO

      Description of Original Problem: If I go from 16:9 to 4:3 I have lateral black bars and Im trying to stretch it to full screen ( CS : GO )

      Troubleshooting: I have already selected full panel display from my driver settings as you can see. I have even tried that app that changes your resolution from a set key but forgot it s name. I have also checked loads of topics and youtube videos but my settings are different from theirs and some are missing because Im on a laptop and have dual cards.I will add you some photos of my settings so you can see:
