Ryzen 7 1700X Odd Voltage Spikes

    xobeloot

I've spent the last several days messing with overclocks, but typically just go back to stock after I am done tinkering.

Tonight, I still had my Aida64 running and happened to catch a glimpse of some rather frightening core voltage numbers at stock freq.

For reference, I am running the following:

      Header 1Header 2
      CPURYZEN 7 1700X
      MotherboardBiostar X370GTN mITX
Power SupplyEVGA Supernova G2 750w Gold
      RAMCorsair Vengeance LED 2x8gb 3200 running @ 2933MHz
      CoolingCustom Loop

In the picture below, you can see one of these spikes happening.  The pink is Core VID, the yellow is CPU Core

CPU Core seems to fluctuate between 1.38 - 1.50 with spikes as high as 1.61.  The 1.6+ numbers have me a bit nervous.

Keep in mind that this is at the stock 3.4GHz utilizing XFR

      Any thoughts?
