I've spent the last several days messing with overclocks, but typically just go back to stock after I am done tinkering.
Tonight, I still had my Aida64 running and happened to catch a glimpse of some rather frightening core voltage numbers at stock freq.
For reference, I am running the following:

|RAM||Corsair Vengeance LED 2x8gb 3200 running @ 2933MHz|
In the picture below, you can see one of these spikes happening. The pink is Core VID, the yellow is CPU Core
CPU Core seems to fluctuate between 1.38 - 1.50 with spikes as high as 1.61. The 1.6+ numbers have me a bit nervous.
Keep in mind that this is at the stock 3.4GHz utilizing XFR
