Yes....update your computer.
Win7 (and Win8.1) must be fully updated from Windows Update before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and relevant 'optional' updates must be applied. keep installing/rebooting until you get the message "There are no more updates available". Then install the correct drivers for your computer > Previous I would suggest the driver version 17.5.2.

Sadly, this Processor/Motherboard is no longer being supported by Microsoft ... as i got a message about this when i tried to update Windows.
I did however checked and updated all my other drivers using the Driver Easy program and connecting my HDMI cable to the actual Graphics Card instead of the Motherboard, which seems to have resolved the problem i had.
