Cant detect AMD driver after Installing

I recently upgrade my Motherboard (Asus PRIME Z270-P) and Processor (i3-7350K) but kept my Graphics Card (AMD R9 200 Series) and did a clean Re-Install of my AMD drivers.

Now when i try to run AMD Settings from my Taskbar i get an Error saying: 'No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly. Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your AMD hardware.' (http://imgur.com/a/4osCh )

And thats not the end of my problems, when i did another Re-Install after using AMD Driver Cleanup Utlity and DDU, the AMD Software program gave me the option to restart or close. When choosing to restart the computer i get the following message: 'AMD Software has stopped working ...'.

So all in all, after several attemps at getting my Drivers to work, they still arent workking.

Other things i tried are as followed:

      - Clean re-install in Windows Save Mode

      - Installing Windows 7 SP1.

So can any1 help me figure out what the problem might be?
