I'm seeing this error in the Event Viewer System Log on Windows 10 whenever my computer boots:

The AMDRyzenMasterDriver1.0.0 service failed to start due to the following error:

The system cannot find the path specified.

      EventID: 7000

I have a Ryzen 7 1700X + MSI Radeon RX570 + MSI B350 Tomahawk mobo with AMI BIOS rev 7A34v15, which includes AGESA 1.0.0.4a. I currently have Radeon Software Version 17.4.4.

NOTE: I once had chipset driver version 17.10 installed, but I downgraded to 17.4.4 because I thought that since 17.10 was a release candidate, it might have been unstable and was the causes of this error. However, the same thing happens with 17.4.4.

What could be causing this error? And what implications does this service not starting up have on the operating system?
