I found an old post by someone with the same problem, but he was using HDMI 1.4 with a suggested solution being to switch to a DP cable.
I'm using an HDMI 2.0 cable, installed HDMI 2.0 drivers for the monitor, and I always assumed the R9 290 supported HDMI 2.0 since it claims to support 4K resolutions.
Any ideas? Am I missing a setting that will allow Win 10 to offer the max (for this monitor) 60hz refresh rate in the display adapter settings?
