hi have a ryzen 1600 paired with a gigabyte ab350m gaming 3 mobo(newest bios) and I'm having issues with my bclk readouts.

basically in cpuz/hwmonitor/cam software and hardware monitor I see my cpu frequency is droppin 100mhz even tho I set it to be locked at 3.6ghz.

things I did to try to solve it:

disabled hyper v

disabled all speed step technologies

reverted to stock clockspeed

changed program priorities to high

enabled hpet(I thought that could be causing bad read outs when disabled)

disabled xmp

re flashed bios

disabled virtulazation in bios

rolled back pcie bus speed to gen 2(maybe it was to do with that but nope it didn't help)

as you can see I did a lot of stuff but still no luck.

the bus speed drops from 99.80mhz to 95/97 MHz and sometimes shoots up to 102mhz this is making me worried.

oh and also I replaced this motherboard and the problem is still there so I'm hopeless.
